With over 15 years of experience in management and leadership roles, our founder is uniquely qualified to help you in your career search/transition process.
We'll work with you to identify the stories that showcase your skills and highlight who you are as an individual. By working as you partner in this process, we'll provide a comprehensive consultation to identify gaps and opportunities. We'll work with you to create a plan including timelines and milestones to help you through your career transition. We also offer advice and tools to keep you on track and help ensure your success.
Founder profile - Lisa Robinson
Lisa has over 15 years of experience as a leader in the financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has lead and coached teams from 5-130 people in multiple facets of the industry including client service, financial planning, project management, and compliance. As a result of this varied experience, she has worked with many personality types and coached individuals from corporate leadership through recent college graduates within cross-functional organizations. This experience led to the creation of My Interview Ninja as a way to take the knowledge gained throughout her corporate career and share this valuable information with others.
